This blog is dedicated to my mentor and high school teacher, Mr. K. Rest in paradise, and thank you, truly, for everything.

Hey there! My name's Tina. I started this blog when I was 17 and fresh out of high school. I had a teacher who inspired me to go after my dreams, so Tina's Talks was born. I'm still chasing those dreams, this time as a Journalist Major at Syracuse University.

Hi. I finally published my first post, albeit under circumstances I would have never imagined. This blog is in dedication to my mentor, Mr. K. I needed to do something to honor him, and I figured why not do it by starting something I’ve been wanting to do for years? He’s been one of my biggest motivators when it comes to me wanting to be a journalist. I figured this is a good place to start. Please feel free to join me on this journey. I plan on posting something every other day, but please be patient as this is very, very new. I’m excited to finally start this project🙂😊
